Sathya Guest House (Arunachalam Nivas)

Hi guys I am from Bangalore and I visited this hotel on 5/3/22. Nice guest house with all facilities we stayed in since BHK house. Car parking is not at all problem. Worth staying here

very good room for the price of 400rs.
rooms are very clean.
its near to ramana ashram ( just 1km )
from ramana ashram bus stop , you have bus all the time to arunachaleswarar temple
( 5 mins bus travel ) and tiruvannamalai bus stand
guest house is located in a residential area.
good for solo travellers !
definitely you can stay

for the price its a best stay if you travel solo
their own cafe is good like home made food - lunch is really good.
Owner is very helpful and give details on going around tiruvanamalai

I am coming here from many many months. Initially they were charging 300 which was very reasonable Namdev increased to 600 per head the rooms of the small and water has a weird smell. Plus there is no room service and at summer times you can’t Stay it’s very hot plus no air condition and constant power cuts Plus lot of red ants if you want to get bit, you can experience that as well. All types of insects
And ONWER preference to give the rooms to foreigners even to the Rooms empty he will say it’s full
It’s better to stay elsewhere

Very Nice Place for Stay, Food and Pizza Vera level..

Guesthouse hold by a family, so kind and sweet! They have been really helpful, helping me with the mandatory pcr after 7 days, printing boarding pass and bring it to me with the motorcycle because I forget it when I leave, etc... you feel at home, you feel secure. Don't hesitate to go there. Room are simple but atmosphere and roof terrasse with arunachala view are great.
