Spencer's Neighborhood Store

I purchased groceries of more than 6000 rs on 11th sept 2022. and this shop offers me to get my groceries delivered by them . I agreed and they took extra charges for delivery but delivery boy and shop executives removed few items from my purchased basket and did not delivered it to me .on repeted calling to them they denied and did not gave my purchased item . They are planed thief to loot their customers.

Giving it 3 stars only because they don't have online payment options. They only have paytm which hardly works. Staff is quite friendly and helpful.

It's a small and a decent store compared to the one in Gachtala and certainly dwarfs in size if you compare it to the one in South City Mall. Still very handy and convenient to have one in your neighborhood.

To- day at about 9.30 I have sent my maid to purchase a box of tea bag with 100 bags. Maid asked for tea bag, the boy on counter gave her green tea bag of 20 pieces box. My resident is just opposite to your shop. Then and there I send my maid to return it and claim the money as there was no stock of tea bags. They mishaved with the girl compelled to purchase some goods which of no use of my house. Very unfotunate incidence happened.

One of the best grocery store shopping experience I had. The store persons are really nice and helpful. They guided me and even helped the grocery items to be delivered at my doorstep at free of charge and withing the promised time.

They are pathetic. All Store keepers are not aware of the all discounts and price if the product

Low quality service and not at all worth your money.

I think its a useless store compare to online grocery stores like flipkart Amazon grocery stores.
