Terrible service. Staff is totally laid back and are not bothered to talk to the customer. I have given "bad" fir the first time in my life to the servicing standards.

A very good display of fresh vegetables, fruits, diary items and provisions. All good brands are available. The staff are highly cooperative and courteous. The prices are very reasonable. It's centrally located.

Good place for buying groceries and only thing that needs to improve is the staff support to the customers who are new and needs help in searching the products

Impeccable customer support. I had emailed them for a duplicate bill and within 6 hours they sent me the same. Store is also clean, has most of the requirements. Not very crowded usually

Prices are very much higher when compared to dmart and Big Bazaar.
Less offers and no discounts.
Less variety of products.
Some products price is higher than quantity of products.
Most of the time essential products are out of stock.
Végetables and fruits are also costly compared to reliance fresh.
