I bought dates here yday. By mistake, the billing person charged for each item of 600gm which otherwise was buy 1 and get other for free. I called the store manager Shiva this morning; upon collecting the billing receipt and photos of items, the store manager immediately obliged and gave credit back thru my googlepay and also admitted the mistake.

Good quality goods. Neat and customer friendly. But the outlet gives no offers that most other outlet offers.

They are looting people. Urad dal which is ₹ 130 kg in the market sells at 168 in Ratnadeep... I had not compared prices earlier. I'm never going to buy anything there again...

The location is excellent and the options available impressed me. It has good parking and has almost everything under one roof. I would recommend this place for grocery shopping.

They can organise things category wise in better way.

Good store, but sometimes it seems that these people sell fruits and vegetables here at very expensive prices.

Once happened to me when I checked the weight of fruits on their weighing balance which was showing different on all the three weighing balance.

Looks like they don't calibrate their weighing scales.

It is a good store having all what you need,all kinds of brands are available.Fruits, vegetables, bread, chocolate,kitchen utensils ,you name it and you have it.
