It is a good idea to open their branch here in karimnagar as there is a lot of development going on in the city. But, they need to maintain their quality, standard and customer relationship through their service. Their professionalism would result in sustainable development and continuous growth. There are other players like MORE supermarkets and other local shops in the city and Heritage needs to be competitive to sustain in the local market.

Almost every product on MRP. For members 10%discount is a big gimmick. Members will get instantly 500rs. products were mandatory and cheaper quality. Reliance, more, d mart are still giving with better discounts with divergent products.

Worrest place in karimnagar..prices are very high than even small near by shops...prices are in mrp not even any discounts..please dont go to buy any products here...recently i went to buy some groceries..for 1/4 kg garlic they are charging 75 rupees...but in near that super market 1 small kirana is there, there i bought 50 rs for 1/4 kg..nearly 50 percent high prices..as for tamarind same a very high price...please go any where else for savings..don't go heritage fresh to buy any products. ..

No curd, no paneer, no tea powder
Don't know what store manager is doing here.

They provide offers on curd paneer etc but they don't maintain stock.

Out of 10 visits 8 times no stock at this store.

This Mall is owned by Future group. And the place is nice to buy daily used products and also it is very less crowded

Very convinent to shop, good staff though limited stock but very essential
