Although, not equal in stature with respect to big supermarkets, non-availability of other popular brands brings monopoly to Reliance Super Market's business in this area with good customers' satisfaction. It is not a place for quick shopping but prices are reasonable. This area is upscale and developed.

Groceries, packaged beverages, soft drinks, utensils, cream- moisturiser, washing powders, towels, buckets-mugs, skin care products, body sprays, green fruits and vegetables, electronic daily used goods etc.- everything is available under one roof from morning 10 to night 9. All the available things are less in quantity and branded uncommon products are not available. You will find only some of the popular products of each type in each sector. Local people irrespective of class and financial status gather here to shop for daily needs.

The area is small and this explains the less number of items. The number of items are well balanced according to space they have. Product racks are evenly positioned and there is enough space in between for customers. However, at the peak hours it remains too much crowded, specially at evening times. This also proves the popularity of this place.

Service is moderate. Cash counters are many in number but do not function well. Only 2-3 online counters are open. People have to wait in long queue for their turn. Enough carrier baskets are not available inside. However, employees are well-behaved and helpful. Products are distributed at their place and not randomly. Crowd management system is very nice considering the small space but can be improved further. Security at the gate can be increased as huge volume of crowd gather here every hour.
This place is a popular landmark and easily visible from road. Transport facilities to reach plenty in number but unexpectedly becomes infrequent after 8.30 at night.

Overallserves 4.3 star considering the service it provides to huge number of customers.

Thus review is based on my several visits to this place in last 4 years and unbiased.

Most of the essentials available. Prices of fruits are cheaper than outside. Parking is problem and roadside area is not clean.

Very worst experience I met at Reliance Mart... The workers are so I'm patienable, They can't help you in anything...I for got 1 item for that I went back to get that, in 5 min one member came to me and said other customers are waiting this nd that, but the workers didn't helped me to get that item, I went back to counter They make stand 15 min and after that they make us stand 1 hr for billing there is prblm on their system they scan our items 3 times their fault and they didn't helped us to lift the items to keep on the counter or fill in the bag again, I said them to help they responded attitudely that is not their duty.. Me and mother 3 times we only did this repeatedly, Reliance Mart is nice but the workers are not polite and not good please replace your workers then only you get good customers... I went to More Super Market,their service is very good they make us feel comfortable to shop their... I suggest go to More... If Reliance Mart change their present attitude workers then they get good customers....

Very worst experience today we went for buying some things as we have buyed one ice cream and my wife has taken it and started eating she came out of the mart to eat but I personally said that billing person to bill the ice cream amount as my wife came me to show that ice cream was not good and she showed to the cashier person as the ice cream was not good I did not payed the money of it when we came out side the bill checking person was talking rudley and he ask to wait as we did not payed the money of ice cream yes we did not payed because it is very much unhygienic to eat. He was arguing and saying wait I will call our manager they did not know proper rules as how to talk with a customer.he is behaviour and attitude is not good.

Worst experience ever faced, they dont know how to behave with customers, i paid my bill amount through gpay and its shown success but they said the amount was not recived they asked me to pay again, you will get previous amount in 1 week, its happen before 1 month since im not getting the amount they are not saying proper reason why its happen, particularly that avinash name person was speaking very rudly. His showing his localism.

Worst store. Cashier don't know how to swipe the meal card, instead she swiped multi benefit pass & card is blocked. One offer is placed in store with rupay but she said not applicable & will remove the offer card. They just placed people who don't having proper computer knowledge & payment ideas. She is not even interested to ask any senior person also.

As the only big super market available at sangareddy and their is no other super market like dmart is here obiviously there is slight monopoly is going on here. Am happy atleast Reliance super market is here at Sangareddy else we have to travel all the way to Pathancheru or lingampalli. It is fulfilling the demand of sangareddy people. As Price of the commodity are reasonable and less than MRP so people used to come here only. Yes their is issue in billing counter and they shoud work on it for public sake and to avoid rush. Especially in evening time, in Sunday's and in holidays it is very crowdy. Shortage of trolly baskets also noticed they should increase these basics requirements. Other wise my experience here is very good.
