Avg shop maintenance.
They don't keep AC on always at Kamareddy heritage.
Low billing speed.
Staff development is required.

Hi every one in thi store they are keeping oldest product like 1.5 year old stock in this store ther is no maintanence and worst behaviour from the staff like employees and watchmen and billing desk finally watch men also shouting on the customers he quarreling with customers ....very very bad product they are selling g ......in the store there is no proper item maintenance like cleanliness .....worst store pls remove from kamareddy

I didn’t quite understand why this store is a disaster in the beginning, but now I do. Heritage Fresh in Kamareddy is a terrible supermarket and I mean it. The employees don’t own for any wrongdoings of the store and the products they sell are horrible.

I once bought a Fanta bottle, went home only to find it already opened and there was no gas left in the drink. When I visited back to return it, the employees didn't care at all, refused and pretended their supermarket is one of the best in the world.

People in the town still prefer More Supermarket to Heritage and that says it all. Heritage Fresh sucks, no debate.

Learn from the mistake I made and don't shop here!!!
