Google is not permitting for negative star ratings so I'm forced to give 1⭐.If you are looking to pay using any kind of UPI payment, I strongly suggest you look for another shop with good customer service. Even the card swiping machines are not working properly. My card got declined many times and got blocked. Had to call the bank to unblock it and the ATMs nearby doesn't have cash. Travelled around 5 kms to get an atm with cash and my card seemed to work just fine there. Now when I reached the shop again to pay cash, I wanted to complaint about the issue and when asked a lady working there, instead of telling me who is the manager she started asking questions like why?? For what?? And some irrelevant questions. Now after a lot of struggles I finally meet the manager....🤕already a customer was complaining about the same issue. after when I explained about the issue he was like we have faced a lot of losses using UPI, which is very weird because now a days almost every shop is using UPI without major issues, which by the way the manager told himself. He told the issue will be solved in 1 week but this was the same reply I got before 3 months. Even after reading this you want to go to that shop before they resolve this issue, well all the best.

Good Products. Reasonable Price.
But, the drawback so far I observed is the billing counter staff.
I have visited 3 to 4 times to this shop.
Every time the experience is that the billing Staff irresponsibly handles the goods. After every scan they simply through it to other side, one over other. Mix food items, Soap Items, Oil, icecream etc., and Simply put everything as garbage in the bags.
If this is not corrected it will surely create loss to the owner by reducing customer service base.
