Very nice place super friendly staff and i think they have some mango sales going on its just a few steps away from the main road. Almost snaped my fingers carrying two kilos of mango but still worth it and also no plastic they use paper bags

TRIPLE CHECK the displayed Rates and the bills . There are well established supermarkets that are selling stuffs at economic rates. Reliance fresh and Dhanya are so established that any new stores can’t become more economical. This view is from a customers perspective.

Firstly the downtown Kollam never required another provision store. There are more than enough supermarkets within 1 km. This store is exactly opposite to the Dhanya supermarket. There’s a little parking space in front of the store which can hold 4 cars and a few two wheelers. The whole length of street will be packed by customers who are visiting the Dhanya supermarket which includes their vehicles too and the street has been already congested for over a decade. Also if there’s some meetings in the nearby party office then there’s nothing else which can help you if you enter this street.

In a nutshell, there was no demand for another provision store in this location. As the 1 km radius already holds well established 10-15 provision stores that are of big scale and small scale.

It will not be a profitable idea if you are going for a complete purchase for your home. Not all products profitable. Some of their item's price are very higher than the actual market rate and some are very less. So double check the price tag and compare with the market rate. Anyway the products I have bought from here are in good quality and better packaging. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very poor delivery service. Not poor it almost Bad. Irresponsible staffs.
Goods are took more time than usual to deliver.
If we order anything on morning, They'll take almost night to deliver their products. So don't order anything for the noon in a day. They'll never deliver that product as much as possible.
They were said at posters and other promotions; "We will deliver before 4 hours", And we need to wait them for twenty 4 hours 🤣. And it didn't deserve atleast one star.

Due to covid lockdown I was forced to give online order today at 11.00 am. Committed to deliver before 4 pm. Later when I contacted they said they are on their way .But it is 7.30 pm now .I called them getting a reply that they are having shortage of ordered items and will deliver tomorrow.
