Still more things are to be arranged properly and the staff are to be given more training so that they are able to give proper answers instantly. They either have to consult their colleagues. It may be because the store is recently opened. We wish you for this venture. Our best wishes.

One can buy packed food products like biscuits, wafers etc. but never try to buy groceries and fruits which are too costly. The prices are very higher when compared to outside for groceries and fruits. Packed food items prices remains the same thus can be purchased.
More should bring down the prices at a competitive rates.

Bad service & behaviour by staff.
Billing is not proper. I bought 1kg banana and price was 56 per kg which was displayed, after reaching home when I checked the bill it was62 rs. After a week again I went to the shop and said the same but the staff said it's 1 week over and you must have come on the same day or next and he is not accepting his mistake. When I raised my voice he said don't shout and he paid the money back.
This not a matter 6 rs but the trust!
Request everyone to check their bills.

One stop shop. Staffs are very friendly and we just need to ask them the list of items which we need they will get it spontaneously. Everyone know the product price location in the shop and good offers during weekdays as well.. Totally wonderful experience 😍😍😍😍

Vegetables are not fresh as they claim.
Multi brand items are not available.

More supermarket needs to improve the services in Palakkad.

1 - Inefficient staff and sometime bad behavior from the lady staff. They behaves as if we are going to take the things for free.

2 - No proper parking space nor able to park vehicles properly as the place has more stones and bricks which is difficult for vehicles to park.

3 - Expiry nearing food products are given multiple offers just to make it sell easily. Be careful while purchasing products and ensure to keep an eye on the expiry date.

4 - Overall products prices are always on a higher side. It's better to buy from local shop rather than shopping from here.

5 - Counter/ Bill services are not good. Most of the time none will be there in the counter and it takes time to get it done even during covid pandemic time.

Not crowded, friendly staff and well organized. More has become our weekend shopping place from some time now. They have home delivery too (if you purchase more than Rs.1000 I believe)
Will recommend this shop to everyone.

Extremely poor billing and inefficient staff, kept waiting for considerable time. Poor parking as well, sorry to visit this place and not in my list again to visit.
Offers make retailers make more than one bill, and keep others customers waiting.
Either increase counters or train the staff properly.
