Had been here today. Not all options available, but kind super market with clothes, groceries, shoes, and other stuff available. Cinema on the last floor make it a wholesome experience. Located at the corner of Shani temple, chikkalasandra, it is easy to access.

Make sure the items are with offer. Not all the products are available in store or app. Both are entirely different.

Yesterday My wife bought some grocery at Reliance Smart store at Uttarahalli and the store guy promised that the items would me delivered to home by today morning. Till now it is not delivered.

When we contacted the Customer care number. But bo use, the customer care executive told that it would take 24 hours to deliver the items. The distance between store and my home is 450 metres. He asked us to visit the store to resolve the issue, as we asked for delivery of items within half an hour. And he also refused to give the store phone number.

This is the customer service given by company like Reliance

Its so horrible.. staff there sell products as if its a fish market ( mostly the clearance sale) and all products are clumsily organised, don't purchase milk here it spoils very soon

Very nice and almost all household products available here. Due to festival almost all commodities are of discounted rates.

I generally visit this store weekly thrice.. pricing, products are really good. Giving 1 rating just because of billing. We need to wait for 10 15 minutes just for billing, though there are counters there will be no one to bill or counters will not be open or there is no proper management of counters. Even for 1 or 2 items we have to wait long. This is really painful & rating can be given 5 starts if this gets resolved

Best outlet and best offer here but parking is biggest problem because in the same building movie theatre is attached so most of the times Security person will be asking and it's irritates

A good place with variety of items. But the billing counter is a night mare here. I spent 10minutes for picking items and then had to spend 25minutes at the billing counter. And then 2-3 minutes to pass the security.
