Have very nice experience so far. It has wide range of items including fruits and vegetables with good quality. Prices are reasonable. The best part is same day delivery , if I place order in morning , I get delivery by evening around 5 PM. They have nice whatsapp and phone support which is usually responded well in time in a very polite manner.
Its online website isn't that modern but serves the purpose, I mean you can see status of order as "Processing", Out For delivery" and delivered. There is no mention of payment status even if you have paid through netbanking, but you get email and sms for payment confirmation from payment partner. I think for Ranchi its a better alternative for Jiomart and Amazon Pantry.

I would like to give ZERO star for their promising service. I order the grocery stuff for my parents on 21st March 2020, But they failed to deliver the stuff till 25th March. Inspite of reminding them through e-mails and Whats-app messages, they didn't responded through any of it. No response at all. Complete irresponsible services. And finally on 25th March all of sudden they cancelled my order without any reason or explanation and refunded the amount Rs 11170 at my credit card back. On website they are saying a lot regarding their express same day delivery. Even after paying Rs 99 for speedy delivery, they miserably failed to fulfill the promise. Complete unacceptable service. This the reply I received from them. How these type of business model can be trusted in critical times when there is a need and expectation from it. Its a complete Question mark on its credibility. They initially promise to deliver it on 23rd March 2020, Monday(Below is the second mail pasted).
Please as a customer, I would strongly not like to recommend this store for home-delivery as they failed to deliver their own PROMISE.

Never order from this online store. No communication nothing. I ordered groceries from their online store but not received any thing yet. Its 2 days now. I even checked the place where map was showing but there was no shop. Don't ever order from here.. Their mobile was also switched off. Pathetic service very bad experience...

I had ordered vegetables from this shop as my in-laws are old and unable to go out in this fragile situation of corona. They said that it will delivered in 2 days but it's 4th day and nothing is delivered. They stopped picking calls and responding to chat over whatsapp. Very bad experience.

I had ordered Vegetables for my parents who were coming home after a long time. Needless to say an ontime delivery was highly needed. Also for making the entire situation hassle-free, I had pre-paid the entire amount. Now neither did my parents get the delivery even after two days nor am I getting any response from this pathetic shop. Stop looting ppl in this extremely fragile situation of corona. Worst online shop ever.

they said will be delivered 4 days its over 4 days they still show processing what a waste of time. If i have to wait 4 days i will order from JioMart which now i think is far better than any online grocery store in Ranchi

Please order from JioMart. Im not vouching for them but believe me you trust it. May be the price is a little high but not high than your life to go out and buy vegetables unsafely since people dont follow rules.

Order# 13587 - Online payment was done but Kiwi not delivered . In invoice sent to us can see -(176) for kiwi. But delivery boy did not return the amount.
No one picking up the call on contact #
