Good place to shop but owner needs business etiquettes. Visited the place approximately after the gap of two years . Before that was a regular customer .
Purchased one toy from then in one occasion which turnout to be defective . The owner of the shop simply refused to take it back however agreed it may be defective but their duty,/ responsibility is over once item is out from their shop.
They have lost atleast 12 regular customer due to this

Some items here are costly so it's not beneficial for local people.
Big bazaar are offering good prices as compared to this mart.
People working at counter doesn't provide any carry bag if u buy some items.
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

Since March2020 I am trying to resolve my payment issue with them. I paid it from UPI and it got deducted from my account but they didn't received it because of their fault instead of solving it they made me pay the amount again via card and said they will solve the issue and money deducted from my account will be back. But the fact owner's son made a false promise and I paid twice that day. The next time I went to the owner he said the same words that we are there to help you but he himself ignored my request and I went back with unresolved issue. I don't want my money back now cuz I spent more on traveling for this issue. I want people to be aware with such activities these guys are doing. I wish they suffer the same pain I went through.

Very hospitable staff. Good place to shop. Great experience.

Its fine place to buy all grocery and other misc things under one roof

The best place for shopping in this location. You will get almost everything here including frozen food. Which is not available around easily.

Everything about household at reasonable prices and very humble owners.
If you are a spice enthusiast and make/ prefer your own secret recipes for masala like biryani, continental, etc, then this is the place where you can get all raw spice ingredients.
