Branded grocery retail chain shop 🏪 at Basement, very poorly managed just had a shopping there last week.

Pro are
Positioning at very good market.
No competition in this area no big grocery store.
Air-conditioned buying experience.

Cons are
Less staff to guide you as well as available for billing.
You u buy lot of stuff loading in your car big issue as you have to climb stairs from basement. Their staff helped but not pro active.
Very less variety of vegetables & fruits, as well as very less quantity to choose best & fresh items

They have to improve a lot to give customer a memorable experience.

This place is great for members,
The variety of stuff available is of excellent quality. The place is especially good for fruits and veggies
Only challenge is that check out times are generally very high as staff is not as trained on managing the till, however the staff is very helpful and patient

Its one of the good place for buying stuff for home. They have all the basics things you need.

Such a disappointment during lockdown. Reach the store at 3:01 pm when about to shut down n there was still one customer inside but the staff didn't let us in. Such an insensitive staff during the lockdown when everyone is having such a hard time. I wanted to file an FIR but I choose not to. Utterly disappointed

Not a lot of stuff available , looked as if the store the dying, very few number of staff , and the vegetables kept were also not fresh.

Very good for home grocery. Sometimes some products not available. Overall good place for grocery shopping.

Easyday store in Sec 28, Faridabad near Anupam Restaurant. One gets most grocery available here along with vegetables & fruits and few stationary items too.

It's in sector 28. Daily convenience store. 10% discounts on all products as applicable only to members. Member ship fee is 1000.
