CSD, Chinkara Canteen Charkhi Dadri

There is no waiting area and too crowded. No space for shopping. If possible then shift this CSD to another place. So all soldiers can easily carry their daily needs and to avoid crowd.

Good place. But I would suggest first call them and ask if there is enough stock in the canteen. As mostly the major useable things are out of stock

Really long line plus the structure to get inside even with the card not favorable.

Very poor service. Very rude behavior of staff. Even they don't know how to talk with a veteran soldier. Most of the time they didn't have most common use items in CSD. If they have it and you want to avail, you have to fight like a War.
CSDs in neibouring towns are in function. I have visited Mahendergarh and Bhiwani. Their management is much better than CKD. How a facility to ESM by Govt is minimized. You can feel in a single visit. Overall they need a big change to improve. I hope higher authority will soon interfere in this matter. Soon we will avail a better service from there.

Tipical government run CSD canteen with a lot of harassments and frustrating experience to visiting Veterans.

This canteen facility is very good. I requested to Staff Officer, you are some post give to exservicemen and their wives in your canteen.
