Bansal Super Market

Very ill-mannered manager, pathetic attitude and no intention to sell anything given the way he talks to customers or even his sales staff.

As customers, we are okay with no discount on goods, as long as we get the right products and some good service. However, no one puts up with entitled behaviour. If an employee behaves like they don't care if an establishment fails as long as their ego is satisfied, then such a company is in for a rude awakening.

Bansal Mart must take note of this - you not only lost a single point sale of nearly 50k (not a very big number, I understand), but a customer for life. Take care of your establishment and listen to what people are saying, or your employees will ruin your business.

very bad experience with bansal mart...i bought a sofa worth 50000 and it's not fitting completely in my room before buying sofa they sent their worker to take measurements and how ever after taking measurements sofa doesn't fit well in corner. we told their management about it and they are not responding proper. first of all when we go to see some verity of sofas they promise us to give 2 years warranty but after delivery they say they will give us only one year warranty. very poor and ill management i will suggest my all relatives to not to go with bansal mart . sales staff and manager are very ill mannered didn't even answer our call it's been 5 days but no response from their management. again I'm going to say it's a very very bad experience with bansalmart

Specious mall, good mall, parking is good, staff behavior is also good, washroom is good & clean, cost is comparative high to D-mart improve it.

In bansal employe mr. Karansinh thakor is so ruffly bad launguage for ladies customer . Pls action this person and otherwise i inform that metrer in police station also. Pls judge nd action.
Pls do not hire this type employee.
And this person so many police case in mehsana police station. So pls don't hire criminal person in your office because this person behaviour iffect to this bansal supermarket.

Nice place to buy groceries and other products as well as astonishing furnitures .....

You can find everything here with the lowest price in the marke. Even though check everytime when you come to purchase cause now a days everyone knows about competition

Personally my experience in this super market was not as much good not as much bad , its ok that's why i gave 3 star
Good thing : this super market is too much large and wide so...no matter how Crowded
Bad things : the staff , especially the check out counter staff (billing staff) my personal experience was lil bit stucked , because when i was checking out then they are facing problem in their billing servers , and lil bit mistakes in bill
Now talk about PRICE : so...prices are queit affordable and lil bit lower as compared dmart not same but similar
Overall my experience was quiet accpeted

Huge area. Great parking space. The furniture collection is amazing and they have a lot of options with great price deals. Grocery and household products are also good. Every product have 4 to 5 alternatives which is great. Prices are affordable too. After Dmart Bansal Mall is a good option.
