Easyday Club Department Store

Nice super market to get variety of items. There staff needs to be more co-operative, attentive and responsive. Articles with good discount get sold out too quickly. Many a times you would find the item that you are looking for is out of stock.There discount offers are totally useless, dont go for them.

A lot of the items that I wanted to buy weren't there. They didn't have enough options in soups, biscuits. It seemed as if they were catering to the people of a certain dietary preference as there were no non vegetarian items. The staff wasn't enthusiastic and the cash counters weren't being run properly. There was a more than reasonable wait for check out.

This is a grocery Mart located on the main road of Dariya Ganj opposite to the Dariya Ganj police station you can get all type of groceries and household stuff hair the even have eggs braids and daily routine home products available at a very nominal cost this is our all you can get under one roof Mart easily reachable and visible from the main road there is a parking issue you cannot park on the Road in front of the easy day

Prices are higher compared to Grofers. Store management is below par. The gentry coming to this store will put you off and you would want to never enter the store again.
The staff is clueless about queue management and ppl just break queues at the counter. This store should just shut down.

See the picture you can imagine how good they manage their stuff and they also give discount on every product.

Most of the store is empty, no inventory of very important things such as even hand wash. No one is bothered to take a feedback, badly managed store. Even though because of decent inflow of customers they manage, tip - please work on your inventory

Just as the other easyday shops in delhi nothing special. I would love to see some efforts by the chain to reduce the plastic waste created by the retail FMCG stores like refilling stations and eco friendly alternative products .. hope to see something in future.

I a registered member of easy day club at Daryaganj, an not satisfied with the way of dealing staffs at Daryaganj store, not helpful at all. Packicging facility not available. Customer have to take goods on his shoulder in paper bag of one kg without any handle. And they leave you alone to wander here and there helplessly even in the store itself as i faced today.
So if you plan to take goods from easyday, plz be ready to face these kind of difficulties.
You may understand my feelings to write these word to warn you to be ready for this.
