A fairly decent department store. Although there are plenty of times that expired products continue to be stocked for sale. Some of the products are never available. The name too is a bit irrelevant, as there is not much of savings for the customers except for the snacks.

Pathetic service of the staff

Harassing attitude towards customers.. it has been the same experience every time that i have ordered from this particular store

the lady Arti on the counter has absilutely no interest in taking order. the home delivery boys have an extremely rude attitude.

absolutely fantastic shop.staffs are like iim graduate what a class they have well mannered well behaved.respect toward their god(customers).

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !
I shopped at this store today morning at 11 am, 1 item I had to return when I consulted my family over the call, the so-called SENIOR GUY at the store “SUMIT KUMAR” was so rude that he brought the beast out of me while throughout my shopping I was in a requesting & happy mode as much as one can be during this lockdown. I’m going to launch an official complaint with the colony RWA as this store is located in my residence block. They don’t deserve to exist until they keep a better & more responsible staff. I hope the owners go through my review & call me to discuss more at length as I’m happy to share all details around my experience, so that no fellow residents of my colony or any other fellow humans experience such an outrageous behaviour. SAVERS MANAGEMENT, please do yourself a favour by firing SUMIT KUMAR !!!

Momentary outburst that too in Corona period will not make a person beast and we still value your patronage and hope it will continue. We are all in a different and difficult times and we are stretched a bit and putting extra ordinary efforts to server our valued customer and will continue to do so.....thanks and regards

I m very old customer of savers. They r very good ppl. They always help me becouse i behave with them very nicely. They r doing his best in this situation even they dont charge exta in this situation. God bless u savers

Very very pathetic service they take home delivery orders and then forget to send them and when you call them back they simply inform due other deliveries we forgot to deliver yours and now can’t deliver, never bothering to inform or callback. please avoid ordering from them at home they lack the empathy and good service etiquette’s completely

Ordered for organic tulsi leaves 100 gm but supplied tea bags .Regret to say Inspite of repeated promises they have not exchanged
