So my comment over her is on customer management. I checked in to the store and was looking around and added two thing extra with the list i have. As per their service we can give them the list and they will deliver the products at your home. So i went to the counter where it is not stated that to which person i need to hand over, as i saw a person busy handling other customer so i went to the person near by and asked him to add 2 extra thing with the list. He didn't even have basic manner to address and say that you can pass on to the person nearby. He was simple standing with an ego that how can a person ask to the owner to add list and i felt so ignorant. Such people doesn't have basic knowledge of addressing customers. This guy doesn't know that he has just copied the business model of metropolitan city and added a delivery service because of which he might be thinking he is in higher position in a small city and hence will not address customer. I wish he would have also copied or learnt greeting the customers or acknowledging customer. I highly recommend the person to learn addressing people without judging them. Finally i changed my mind and canceled the order.

Now coming to the store part, you can get things in an organized manner and buy item from the section you want which is as usual you will get to see in any good store in metro cities. But adding again if the owner is having ego then its going to impact on his business which i am pretty sure he is not aware as he already showed his sign of being moron and egoistic because he has made few extra money in his account by copying a business model.
