#Amalapuram, SUSUMA KUMARI, behavior with customer was not good, body language & facial expressions was hurting to any customer, not showing interest for showing goods.she talks with her eyebrows, irresponsible while showing product, she talk with rough tone, IAM regular customer for your shop. WHILE TALKING WITH CUSTOMER SHE SHOW INTERST TO SEE HER SMART MOBILE FOR VIDEOS OR WHATAPP, #VICTORY BAZAR MANAGEMENT WON'T CONTROL THEIR STAFF? CUSTOMERS WON'T EXPECT RESPECT FROM #Victory Bazar?

Observed quality of items decreasing gradually. Mainly their own packed items are very low quality.
I am a customer of Victory bazar for more than 15 years.
Now I am thinking other place.

Although there aren't many offers and discounts, but this mart is known for its quality and wide range of variety. We can get all groceries except vegetables, stationary items, skincare products and so on in one place and from various brands. We can also find kitchenware, gifts, and other items on the top floor. Sometimes we need to wait for so long at the time of billing.

It's good I couldn't find so many items, out of stock and store is not that much organized

Quality of products are good,but the products are not added to their reports and when you take them to cashier it won't show up and they just remove it from your list,if they won't add it they shouldn't display it

The one thing I did not like about this mart is less number of billing sections and one of them is almost always not in working condition.
A big mart should keep atleast 5 or 6 billing sections. Quality of the products are good so that the frequency of visitors will be more.
It's better to make convenient to the customers rather than keeping them in wait in longer queues.
Store is also very narrow.

House hold Kirana items are all available here.
Variety of items are also good.

Price is also good compared to outside shops.

Gift section first floor is also good covering variety of items.

Product range will suffice for Malkipuram and surrounding region, Staff helpful. Two floored.
They want minimum Purchase amount to be ₹100 for a UPI transaction.
Overall good with scope for improvement.
