Worst customer service...

They charged me 400. Price was 376 on display

Not that much good as before no staff and quality of groceries is very low

Had a very bad experience two times within 2 months time- second time, 17th Dec22 it is wrong billing and on 5th November it's a wrong quality product( night lamp).
Both occasions rebilling was to be done and that takes almost an hour.
This experience is frustrating.....

Good but u must check the price which one u would to buy and must see the offers.

Superb Rates. Compare than Demart, Best Price and Metro here rates are very very LOW. Big joke is items rates very low compare than JIO MART.

Once up on a time when it's Reliance hyper it used to be so good but when it has changed to smart .. not liked the range and also customer support has gone down and some articles are near to expiry too.. i can say just ok ok store.

Good Store in Guntur. Ample parking for 2 & 4 wheelers.
Big store and big display of items
Escalator, refresh rooms fecility avilablie

All groceries items available here rate also responsible
