Rajkiya Inter College , Shahjahanpur

There are always some gems to be found wherever we go, provided we look for them. Government Inter Colleges have their own share of gems, amidst a sea of people who barely know what teaching is all about. One such gem, who shaped many lives, was Shiv Shankar Tripathi, Maths teacher at GIC Shahjahanpur during early eighties. GIC gave him freedom to operate and he put it to use to single handedly train students to get into top notch colleges after 12th, which even today is rare in Shahjahanpur

I write this for those who are currently teaching there to strive to be gems that are not forgotten in life time of those who benefit from a great teacher.

I have studied in this college.

i passed 12th in 1978. presently working in coal india ltd as director technical. i did b. tech mining in 1984. i can never forget my this college,which gave me the base.

It is a good college for study. I study here.
