My father has been trying to reach Zila Sainik board for last few months now. Not sure why there has been Cold responses from concerned persons working at the organisations. We haven't recieved any mail or call responses.

Since we live in mumbai my father had been trying to plan his visit, however there hadn't been a single person whom we could connect.
Last time when he visited it did not solve his purpose.
No complains, it might be possible as all employees at Zila Sainik Board are busy in tasks, however have one question- Isn't it also important to help the sainik solve his problem post retiring from services. Considering it the only high priority task The Zila sainik board has been assigned to do.

May be a customer desk can be assigned who can help answering the unheard questions of the poor sainik.
And may be it's high time we actually do some real stuff for sainiks and not just celebrate their sacrifices on 26th January.

P. S - CONCERND AUTHORITIES PLEASE GUIDE THROUGH YOUR PROCESS
