Well maintained old government building of Darjeeling

Luis Jubilee Comlex is Secretariat building of Gorkhaland Territorial Administration.

It is a government office building with Food and Craft Institute on the ground floor

At present it houses local administrative offices. Previously part of it was a tourist lodge with old British style accommodation.
Now new buildings have come up but all are meant for office of different departments but no option for tourists to stay.
A small snack bar which is functional during lunch hours, was a glass house dining hall two to three decades back for the travellers.
