Minimal... It's not a full-phase office.. it's just a camp to collect and verify the application.. work speed is too slow..

Very slow service takes more than 3 months for processing to next step
If there is possibility of giving negative marking I would have given that only.

Passport service's officers are really inefficient and slow.if you can,please choose other places to verify for passport purposes...

Persons in charge of the office came in nearly 1 and a half hour late ...it led to delays in everyone waiting for their verification ....my appointment time was 10 to 10:15 am...but due to their delay the verification completed after 11:30 am.....although the behaviour of the staff's were decent

Inside the room of Serampore Post 📫 office for passport related work, form submission. But slow procedure & laziness in the staffs.

Head Post Office offers a lot of opportunities ranging from opening accounts, NSC, sending letters,mails,speed posts, couriers,SCSS etc. Quite accessible and employees are helpful

The person who was responsible for handling my documents and passport forms for verification purpose was not at all up to official behaviour (was leisurely handling the documents, wasn't able to clarify my queries as per my satisfaction, was continuously busy using the phone basically I thought she was not anyhow in mood to work) She didn't accept the Xerox copy of the documents (according to her the black and white colour was not satisfying) which I produced whereas the same was accepted by the different passport office. All this created a delay in my passport.
