While lodging online complain it's asking for fssai number

I was advised by the NCH agent to approach the District consumer Forum as the company I registered the case against, on NCH, closed the case without any resolution. Although, this address is listed on NCDRC website under Telangana, the person I met here, refused to register the complaint at this location and asked me to go to the LB nagar court. He gave several illogical reasons for why he cannot take my complaint at this location ! Also, NCDRC is taking online complaints but unfortunately, Hyderabad is not in the list of online complaint registration.
FYI, the complaint was registered against Ola cabs for charging extra money on two rides. and also for the driver‘s rude behaviour. The company neither refunded nor took any action against the driver. We are aware of ola’s terrible customer service and I was determined to take a serious action against them but unfortunately Indian legal system does not support the common man. Sadly, I closed the case on NCH.
