It is the office of district collector of the Tutocorin district.
They also have many other government and revenue offfices working innthe same complex.
Its located at the outskirts of the Tutocorin town.
Near Madurai bypass road ( riad to madurai, bypass Tuticorin) and Tirunelveli road.
The area around here is getting developed now.

Nice place to give services to poor people. 30 years experience in Revenue department and retired as Tahsildar.

worst place where "பிணம் தின்னி கழுகு" people ask money for everything. they asked bribe to apply handicapped welfare scheme for my sister. when we refused they illtreated us and cancelled my sister pension for handicapped people.

my sister name is Murugeswari (Kulathur-628903) , if collector see this review take necessary action against those officer who asked bribe and illtreated us. i am tax payer, to give money from tax payer, officer are asking money. anyway my sister passed away in 2019, it is not helpful for her no more. they illtreat and ask bribe from poor and needed people.

In my same village people who claim as handicapped bribe those "பிணம் தின்னி கழுகு" officer and still get pension from Tax payer money while really handicapped people struggle lot and illtreated by those officer. every 6 months while submitting proof certificate for handicapped pension, they are asking bribe.
