Absolutely Poor.
How government is managing their works with this set of public and civil servants. They don't come office regularly, they don't have any contact no to contact whether to come or not, I've been there to 10-11 times just to get verified the certificate of misc department as the addl tahasildar was not present and comes office in alternative days and no other employee will do the misc work of any others.

Pathetic system and 5T is good on speeches, ground level the work ethics and punctuality is a big "ZERO".

This tahashil office employes, officers are not come in the office at the right time. Many people has face lot of problems and feel unsatisfied. I kindly request to government of Odisha take action for all the employes and officers.
