Kohima Raj Bhavan is a historic place and the official residence of the Governor of Nagaland. This place is famous for its significance during the World War II where the allied forces fought against the Japanese troops. The place also houses an old decommissioned war plane which is kept as a souvenir behind protective fence. Although the place is off limits to the public many official programmes are hosted here including the annual Governor's At Home and Governor's Award Ceremony.
