Kokan Bhavan Is Government Office In Navi Mumbai. From Belapur railway station, you can reach Konkan Bhawan by walking a distance of 1.5 km in less than 10 minutes. It is also known as Mini Ministry Office of Navi Mumbai. There are many government offices here. Konkan Bhavan is a five storied building housing 39 government offices. The divisional office of Konkan Divisional Urban Development Department, Konkan Divisional Commissioner's office, Goods and Services Tax GST office are located in this building. The Divisional Office of Women and Child Development Department is on the ground floor.
