PCDA(O) , Pune

It has been a great experience dealing with CDA (O) Pune. I never ever had any problem. I have already hanged my uniform but has great regards and respect for entire team of CDA.

Time to appreciate. There is noticeably a great improvement in approach towards early resolution of one's grievances by PRO. Though getting free tele-line still remains a challenge, but once the matter is conveyed. It's more or less Done. A noticeable change especially post Sep-Oct 2021 or should I say post arrival of Dr Rajeev Chavan. Kindly continue the positive approach.

Pathetic and worst organization, govt of India should dissolve it and give the responsibility of handling accounts to some private firm which will serve the defence personnel in a better way..

The biggest kaamchor are the central registry where all the Dak are received, as they don't update it online and generate Dak Id. Later when you submit a grievance, they say that the letter wasn't received. Even after submitting Dak physically at the gate drop box, Dak Id for the same is not generated. Even after I physically went over to PCDA O they couldn't retrieve the letter as they were lost under the pile of such unrecorded Dak. Please take this as a feedback and not as a complaint, as I have previously received hostile treatment from PRO officer's when I confronted them with this incompetence of registry section saying " Sirf tumhari Dak nahi aati, baaki sabki aati hai".
When I submitted proof of delivery, only then they adjusted my claims.
Very poor show. How many fronts does a soldier of the country have to fight?

SPARSH authentication is better organized than traditional way banks were doing it. Token system at entry, tokens segmented by colors - blue, yellow, red, etc.

Each color has dedicated section inside office. 2 desks per section. Seating arrangements done.

Go there with all possible documents.

A very humble and polite staff. Try to resolve all your queries with best possible efforts.

You will feel comfortable after visiting the office.

Pathetic organization with no accountability whatsoever.. Everytime they come up with different reasons to reject claims.. they don't honour any of their own letters..
