Like all government departments, Joint Directors office does not work unless you apply external force. Horrible attitude of employees

I went regarding my friend's college enquiry.
Officer was very kind and helpful to me.
He guided me much more better than I expected.

A student who is having trouble or is having difficulties was not given any assistance.
Really terrible and unqualified employees, and the boss is never punctual
I'm incredibly disappointed that I can just give one star because I lack any other options.
As government employees, they all have some sort of ego.
Please provide us with good service ; this is a technological and study-related organization.
