Sainik Welfare Office Kottayam

I had a bitter experience today. when I approached sainik welfare office today for knowing the details and date of renewal of my Employment registration, the response from staff was not satisfactory and they were joking on me for reaching the office by 4pm. one staff even commented to a question raised by another staff why I reached now, that he must had gone somewhere and reroute he is visiting..nothing otherwise. I wish the staff appointed there be little more friendly towards us.

This is a place for ex-servicemen. Enough infrastructure and facilities available. Staff here are helpful and cooperative and feels like they are really interested in the welfare of ex-servicemen. My experience here was very good. At times when the is rush you may have to wait or visit again but overall the experience was good.

friendly staff, very much helpful. Had some complaints earlier about the staff.. but now they behave decently, after the complaints reached higher officials. At present they are very much helpful. One can get the numbers from the office to book appointments at your convenience

Well maintained and clean premises. Helpful and friendly staff. Also houses the Sainik Rest House.

Staffs are rude. As I am far away from Kottayam town, tried to clear some doubts on telephone, they are not willing to attend the phone..

The place is a suitable example for how a government office should operate. The employees who work so efficient that our needs will satisfied within minutes.
