Village Office Mulavukad

I visited the village office today for remitting land tax and the officer was very helpful in doing the work though the concerned staff was absent. Unlike other village offices I noticed a wheelchair accessible entrance to the office , as is evident from the photographs.

Found this village office more cleaner than any, however I couldn't see any modernised equipments nor accessories like computer or survey equipments though there's a computer and internet and can't blame them as this is state government office and they work within their limitations It's kind of remotely located for Mulavukad area but located away in a place called ponnarimangalam. The operations and proceedings are slow as usual like any other state government offices but I do find it lot more peaceful. I am unaware of the way the staff's working here weather they take their respective job with dignity or not. The point is they should help local citizens without bribes at least hefty bribes. Anyways their approach was neat towards our needs in registration of a newly bought land. Above all there's limited seats and is situated in different building marked as extension.

Little cooperative. Not much.

Dealing is OK. Neat and calm office.
