don't pickup any office staff landline phone...in emergency situation...very bad experience...

I visited the election / voter I D preparation/ alteration section.After the on line process the application is sent to BLO for action who in turn submits the report to this section.The intending applicant who is advised to approach the blo keeps on making rounds of this section for new card.after few rounds the person is advised to deposit fee vis a challan which are shown to this section and the in turn advise to enquire and collect the new card after 2 to 3 months.
In the entire process only once communication comes on mobile at the stage when papers are marked to blo.after that no degitilization practically.one has to keep on making rounds to get the work done.hundreds of cards are lying undelivered and waiting recipient's.

No response for any phone call , careless staff
