The authority protect the rights of consumers with riders as to it's duty. It is established to make a balance between the growth of construction business and to bring back the confidence of consumer in the development. The Act and rules provide for good compensation. It is a remedy in addition to consumer protection Act. Rest the Act is new and so is the authority... As on date it cannot be said which authority is better but if you have to file case regarding commercial transaction with builder then certainly this is only option.

RERA Haryana Panchkula Authority has finally got its final place meant exclusive for them. Even the office is new so as building. New Mini-Secretariat Building opposite to District Court Complex , Sector 1 Panchkula on 2/3rd Floor.

Worst experience with hreara panchkula, I wanted to enquire something but the lady on the enquiry number suggested me to call complaint number. Trying to connect since yesterday but unable to do so.

Really impressed with govt office have a very professional person at their enquiry/reception area, she not only helped us verify the RERA complaint form but also took extra step to give us printout of the missing document.

I wish all govt department have such professional and trained people, 5 star because of her.
