Very poor organization, your parcel arrives at this office then you don't know what's happening to it ,tracker also stops,inquiry numbers comes constantly busy,may be some personal calls are going on there from those telephones ,you can not get enough help to know the status of your shipment once it goes to this office.They will hardly update you about your parcel or will never update you about your parcel ,either they will lost it or anyone from the staff will grab it and take it to his/her home for their personal use.Also it's full of partiality.

The worst ever experience at gujarat custom at my first trip to Ahmadabad international Airport, they should treat all passengers the same as per law ,but if you come from Us,Canada or Europe they charge you more inport tax on your personal jewelry, but from other countries they let them go without any charges, its not fair they don't know how people working hard in foriegn countries not like them working half days and relaxing with
full salary.
