VARACHHA ROAD SUB POST OFFICE

Very rude staff. They have made their own rule. The post office opens at 8:00 A. M. in morning. And then close it at 1:00 P. M. In afternoon. The behaviour of staff is not acceptable. The staff is out of date. They have to find every character on keyboard. Actually they don't know how to use computer. And take too much time . I have very bad experience. (ખૂબ જ અયોગ્ય સ્ટાફ. તેઓએ પોતાનો નિયમ બનાવ્યો છે. પોસ્ટ ઑફિસ સવારે 8:00 A.M. પર ખુલે છે. અને પછી બપોરે 1:00 P.M.પર બંધ કરે છે . સ્ટાફનું વર્તન સ્વીકાર્ય નથી. સ્ટાફ જૂનું છે. તેઓ કીબોર્ડ પર દરેક અક્ષર શોધે છે. ખરેખર તેઓ કોમ્પ્યુટરનો વપરાશ જાણતા જ નથી. અને ખૂબ સમય લે છે. મારે બહુ જ ખરાબ અનુભવ રહ્યો છે.)

No one staff person reply properly, whenever go post office staff says we don't know and responsible person has not in office come tomorrow.

Here staff is very cooperative when you come for any inquiry about anything which is related to your post card, parcel, whatever.

Delivery person jayanti bai 's 🙎is very bad bahavior .He talk's as like a terrerist. He said to me ' Never will not deliver your parcel ' badtameez log hain.He does not call to customer for delivery .Direct return 😡😡😡😡😠😠😠🤬

Very rude staff and slow service and delivery.

Not satisfied, the parcel booked on 17of the month,still not received even till 21 of the month.... No contact number available.... Of the branch office... No online update of the parcel status....
Really not working .... Even if we prefer public sector services, govt courier services over private ones....but there is no satisfactory performance from public sector/ govt running offices... We cannot support for longer time..
