Building looks wow.. needs some improvements but at last awesome place

Well maintained government office. One of the best State Secretariat Office building of Indian States. After formation of Chhattisgarh on 01/01/2000, initial years secretariat office operated from Dau Kalyan Singh Bhawan near Fafadih Chawk. The government speedly and responsibly drawn master plan and development the new city Naya Raipur. Construction of new Secretariate building was part of this master plan which was looked after by Naya Raipur Development Authority. Building is very asthetically designed. For illumination, efforts have been made to use ⛅ as much as possible. Cleanliness is of highest standard. Security arrangements are superb. Canteen being operated by Indian Coffee House is nicely maintained. Rates are reasonably cheap. Terrace gardens on first floor at ancillary block near canteen is very nice. I think has been seen that staffs are relaxing by sitting on the benches provided there. It is really good for improving the efficiency of the staffs.

Main administrative building of Chhattisgarh Government. Top bureaucrat heads & their department are in this building. This is secretariat building.

Mahanadi name was given after a river flowing in south Chhattisgarh.
Located in ‘Naya Raipur’, +20 kilometres away from the main old city of ‘Raipur’.

Mahanadi bhawan Mantralaya is a very big building having strong base, it's structure is so strong.
This building is energy efficient having 5star BEE rating. Fully centralized AC and beautiful gardan & fountain , big lon assembly point
Inside the building all facilities are available like canteen run by ICH group, bank , post office , ATM
This building is divided in 4 blocks

New mantralaya it is clean green and well maintained with proper security at entrance good infrastructure. It also have ICH for food and coffees. From there to main city you can always get City bus ac and non ac at regular intervals so transportation is also easy.
