Very poor staff and behavior are not good .I went to change my normal driving linces to smartcard at 10 o'clock, but it was 1 o'clock. None of the staff is telling correctly that when or after how much time the staff named Vikas ji will reach their office. So I am Happy to NIJIKARAN due to government staff are not able to own work in proper timing .

Mvi team collecting 1000 rs per candidate on dl test slot..he was not present there for whole day but broker they are collecting money
