Tamil Nadu Government Multi-Super-Speciality Hospital is a 400-bed government-owned super-speciality hospital in Chennai, India. It is located at the Omandurar Government Estate on Anna Salai and was opened in February 2014. Originally built as Tamil Nadu legislative assembly and secretariat complex in 2010 to house the assembly hall, secretariat and offices of the chief minister and cabinet ministers, the complex was later converted into a super-speciality hospital.

With its highly visible dome measuring 30 m tall and 45 m in diameter, the complex has four circular courtyards, and the design echoes the structural features of Dravidian temple complexes in south India.

The dome is modelled on the Draupadi Ratha at Mamallapuram and resembles the top of a Tamil temple car. The complex has two blocks — Block A and Block B. The seven-storey Block A houses the hospital. A baffle wall is constructed in three layers and is being erected in a circular structure at a height of 100 ft.

Very well maintained hospital run by Tamil Nadu state government . All facilities are available at a very low cost . Cleanliness is well maintained . Highly qualified doctors are available for treatment.

I give zero star one of worsted hospital i never seen like this hospital i told to doctor my mother is not well eating anything else 3 day not went urine and motion i told to doctor but doctor thinking and admitted in omandhur hospital in 6 floor that doctor was carelessness one pg students he was wearing blue colour uniform but he told laugh and going out. And another doctor came he was checking the bp and not checking the sugar. Only one night we stayed another day. Senior lady doctor was came she was asking about report that two pg students what they told to doctor i don't know if . And my mother told me I'm unable to sitting eating 😭😭😭😭😭something happens to me. I informed the doctor. Doctor was not heard. Next my mother asked me get some juice. Before they give me one tablet reduced to heart beat. Next i was went to buy juice for my mother. Then I came to my mother was death ayata. Then I told doctor give emergency treatment for my mother after death half hour vest of time the make action worst of it. And one scolding me take the body get out from this place they treat me like a dog they are worsted hospital now I'm care of person I'now no mother no father mother was died i don't know what to do. Because of the omandhur hospital 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭😭 and one word i need to say. Thanks to pg students doctor and nurse 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏and finally they are killed by unworthy treatment after death they make action film acting superb bad worsted treatment 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭😭😭

A good multispeciality government hospital. Excellent infrastructure and interiors are designed perfect. Hospital is well maintained and hygienic. House keeper's are always keen to keep the premises clean and healthy.

Patients handling was good and they treat the illness to the point.
