I've waited from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM to pay my exam fee.... the PG exam fee Collector... is after 11:30. I surprises to see his timing that he entered into College... and I'd to Collect my IV Sem memo, as I asked him to provide my memo... He responded " They are there search in that Memos and take Yours". ..
Memos are fallen on the Table floor as orphan Certificates... they belong to Post Graduate.. Memos... such a pity of condition of the Marks memos in that College
