College of Engineering, Karunagappally (CEK), is an engineering college situated in Kerala. The college was established in the year 2000 under the IHRD, government of Kerala. The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Cochin University of science and Technology, Kochi.

College of Engineering, Karunagappally (CEK) is located at Thodiyoor, a village in Kollam district of Kerala. The college campus is spread in an area of 22 acres of lush green environment. The college is well connected by transport facility available throughout the day.

College of Engineering Karunagappally is a premier institute of engineering that has carved a niche for itself in the field of technical education in a very short span of time. Since its inception in 2000, under the aegis of IHRD, the college has made its presence felt in the technical horizon of the state. It has been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognized by the Cochin University of Science And Technology (CUSAT) and APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).

One of the Best IHRD Engineering college in Kerala. A Great number of engineers are born from this Institution. All faculties are really helpful. An NBA accredited educational institution. Placement drives are more oftenly conducted here. Focuses on converting a student to a professional.

Good college. Nice environment. Don't know much about it cause I went there just one time to take admission. So from that experience what I can say is. The college is good at its level. Has NBA accreditation for CS and EC upto 2021 (not sure Check the website). Will update as I spend time there

I was a student of this college. Good Infrastructure. Restrooms are average. There is a canteen near the left side of administrative building. The canteen is above average in facilities and food quality. The main offices are in the administrative building. All of them in second floor. To the left side. The principal's office is in the center. Library facilities are available for students. Wifi is only available for registered users. Students can register by submitting an application form if required. Road goes right to the EEE block where most of the senior year classes are being held. The EC block is in left near the gate and wifi is not available there, other than kerala wifi. Wired network is connected anyways. Lab facilities are available in all blocks for different labs. There is a seperate Chemistry lab on road to administrative block on left side of the road. There are also necessary lamps on that road if needed all properly working. There are mainl two fields as playgrounds and a volleyball court and a cricket practice box on the right side of the road in front of adminstrative building. The small field is further right and the large field is on the left seperated by a gate. Elections, Arts Festival, Sports Festival, Technical Festival, tournements etc are conducted yearly. There are mainly two technical Societies that are non departmental IEEE and IEDC. Each Department has their own Societiec too. NSS is a non technical society that is active here. Each societies conducts events for students according to their plans. Overall a good Enviornment for a Professional to be developed.

Proud alumni of this college...it doesn’t matter u study in IIT or some xyz college, the friends and teachers u meet, make that college special!

Every professors and staffs where so friendly and approachable throughout 4 years.
No compromise on academics but we had the freedom to have fun, bunk classes at times.

Placement cell is active here, professors take active role in making the students take part in placements and pool drive.
