Great company for Glass Equipment Manufacturing & Client Handling....

Best Company for Glass related equipments. Truely I visited this company and the staff is having very skilled persons.

Inspite of our repeated enquiries, for my urgent requirement no response for multiple days. Staff is lazy & not intent to work.

Highly unprofessional company. They took my order in October on the basis of certain specifications and assured delivery within 20 days (as it was a time critical order for us). And i paid 50% Advance on spot.

1) They delayed the order by 2 months.
2) After 2 months, they offer me a product with inferior specification which is not in line with what we signed up for. And ask us to pay another 1 lakh extra if we want to get item with original specs!
3) While we are working out, if we can make do with what they have made, they supply the above unit to someone else! Without any communication to us if we wanted it or not!

Still waiting for my order placed 4 months ago. No proper assurance. No apology. The staff can't be bothered to pick up the phone or respond to messages. Its business as usual for them.

I find it really hard to believe how companies can work with a vendor like this!
