Heavy mark-up on pricing. Purchased a few products like jigsaw puzzle, etc. They almost charged double when compared to online marketplace for the exact same product. I am fully aware that online purchases will be cheaper but charging INR900plus for a INR500 product is unjustified. Be reasonable!

When I shared the above concern with the owner, he ignored and started making unfunny comments. Be sensible! When a customer shares his/her concerns, the least you can do is hear it without making unnecessary comments.

Wonderful collection of gifts... lots of imported and made in india items hardly we get in bokaro. but its available in bokaro... thanks to retolias
