Worst customer service ever
I mean I've visited this place a lot of times because of their authenticity. However, yesterday I visited there to buy a shampoo which I was going to try for the first time and there you go... One of their salesgirls started confusing me and convinced me to buy a product in the name of herbal shampoo. I told her I've oily hair and the formula of the shampoo was based on oil and perhaps it will not suit me but she convinced me claiming that she herself use the same shampoo and I end up wasting my money because it made my hair more greasy. Stop doing these practices to make money and please give genuine suggestions otherwise don't give a d provide the customers things that they actually tell you to give
