Behaviour of person sitting at cash counter is not good. I don't know if he is owner or not.

They will accept online payment only when bill amount is over 1000 rs.

My bill was 300 rs and when I asked for online payment, owner says that "Dukan hamara hai na, Hamara hi marji chalega na".

They are not giving bill also to anyone.
He should know the quote "Customer is god".
