Good hospital but service not properly so keep better

I booked my COVID 2nd dose slot here. I reached there on my time, firstly they told me to get a photocopy of my slot booking slip (didn't happen at my 1st dose which I took in another hospital). It took me almost 30 min because of the rush, but when I finally got and reached them, they took my photocopy slip and told me that no vaccines are available. I think some kind of scam was happening there, because firstly slots are booked according to the availability of the vaccines, if I got the slot that means vaccines are available and second thing if vaccines were not available then why did they tell me to get a photocopy and wasted my time? I had to quickly reschedule my appointment so that they cannot misuse my booking slip

Has good amount of bed, but lack basic amenities and sense of hygiene,
Lack of public funds and lack of govt attention is clearly visible.
Although they are doing their best with the given set of resources
