Doctors are really professional in there work and also the medicine they prefer you can get inside the hospital which is completely free and very useful and as it's a government hospital everything is free not only that but the hospital have smart technology inside to test you i would really prefer if you are not alright

I have given covid test yesterday@10:15 am I got registration msg on yesterday 7pm and till now I didn't received result MSG. What is this Negelence. My health is not well n the doctor will say to get report fst. How would I take treatment. The hospital team are not at all maintaining timings.
