Worst experience ever !!!

We were there to consult Dr Sunitha with a 86 year old granny & the receptionist was screaming at two old ladies questioning why did they not visit the hospital by 11 am (there were no such instructions provided over phone when called for booking appointment at 7 am the same day)

Illogical yet commercial loot - first you pay 850 inr for consultation & the second visit is free with in 10 days as per the policy. Unfortunately, if the second visit is to verify the medicine bought (with out the patient) then the next visit with patient you are forced to pay 850 inr again even if the consultation is with in 10 days.

Useless front desk. Doesn't receive call and appointment window is only for 30 minutes which is always busy. Any desperate consultation isn't reliable on this hospital. Still couldn't get any appointment. Cannot take appointment for next day as well. What's the benefit of a good doctor who isn't reachable.

Worst hospital staff.Their behaviour is rude.For Endoscopy Rs 1800 was written on the display but they charge 2500.When asked billing staff told very rudely that paper for increased rate was pasted for 2500 but somebody removed the paper.
Lab staff chitchat and they don't bother though the patient was laid on table for ultrasound test.Overall the experience was very bad.Thanks to Dr Anila she explained the problem in an understanding way.

Before visiting Sai Vani hospital I have come across many bad reviews (both online and offline) about the staff members. (i.e nurses and other support staff) for being rude and impolite with the patients and their attendees. By this I made up my mind with all the negativity about the hospital. Even with all the above criticism I visited this hospital and admitted my mother for the treatment only due to an excellent reputation of Dr. Wasif Ali.

Well, during the course of my mother's hernia treatment which lasted about 6 days, I did not observe any of the hospital's staff misbehaving with the patient or any of our attendees. On the contrary, They were always courteous and respectful.
The duty doctors and nurses were all vigilant round the clock.
Aaya's, was at hand whenever necessary for the patient.

Hygiene is satisfactory, It can be improved though.
If we compare it with big names who charge huge numbers then this hospital is definitely less hygienic otherwise the cleaners come daily to wash the washrooms and mop the entire floor.

Admitted my brother for gall bladder stones removal surgery....Dr wasif ali is a very good surgeon and iam satisfied with the services given by the hospital staff and administration...request you all to admit your patient for gastro problems

One of my friend suggested that Dr. Wasif Ali treats Kidney stones? But i see him being Gastro Surgeon. Please advise if Dr. Wasif Ali treats Kidney stones? Thank you.

Very difficult to get appointments. Also can be walkin but huge line of patients and long waiting time with no proper seating arrangements. Due to huge number of patients doctors cannot give you much time as there is long queue behind you. Doctors is in rush to cover 70 patients in line with short period of time.
Hospital is not very hygienic compared to there charges. Private room bathroom need to free from cockroaches.
Every duty doctor with there shift changed they visit the room and it will be charged for us. Why not they see my history in case sheet, why we have to pay for each duty doctor……
Dr. Wasif & Dr. Anila were very good but there hands are tight, they cannot give you much time as they have lot of patients in line….

if u visit to receptionist they will told take appointment on morning call

if you call on they given number its continuesly busy and engage

after some time all numbers will close

by chance if they picked up your call then u visit to hospital and u have to take new serial number

after approximately 2-3 hours u can visit in dr wasif ali's chamber
